Russell White III is a resident artist and owner of OxBlood Ink. Born and raised in Maryland, Russell has loved to draw since he was a kid. He began his tattoo apprenticeship in 2006 and spent the next eight years tattooing in shops located in Ellicott City & Laurel.He enjoys tattooing all styles but his specialty is color illustrative and new school tattoos. 

In 2014 Russell established Oxblood Ink alongside Chris & Frankie – two artists Russell has had the opportunity to tattoo with for several years. Russell feels lucky to work with such a talented crew dedicated to making sure every client has a great experience with the shop. Looking forward, Russell hopes to continue growing the OxBlood family and build on the foundation the crew has already established – creating custom quality tattoos for every client that walks through the doors.
